Introducing Eric - the Owner and Operator of both Eagle Inspections and Eagle Drains. He started Eagle Inspections in 2008 and hasn't looked back since; with major company growth increasing in 2014. With 20 plus years of experience in home inspections, Eric has completed over 10,000 inspections and also has over 20 years of experience in roofing. He is certified in Pennsylvania. Eric’s approach when performing home inspections is education focused and he instills this in all of his inspectors. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, spending time with his family and relaxing on his boat!
John is Co-owner of Eagle Drains and has been with Eagle Inspections since 2014, he was even the first hire! With over ten years of experience, John has performed over 5,000 inspections with Eagle Inspections. He is certified Pennsylvania. John was an electrician prior to becoming an inspector and also has extensive experience with general contracting. Not only does John know houses, he also makes the inspection experience enjoyable. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, friends and attending his church.
Luis joined Eagle Inspections in 2017. Prior to joining us, he worked 20 + years in building maintenance at Drexel University. Luis has an extensive background in general contracting as well as the trades, particularly plumbing. Luis is bilingual in both English and Spanish. His attention to detail, friendly and positive attitude makes him a pleasure to work with! His truck once got towed during an inspection, and he continued performing the inspection anyway. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and vacationing in Wildwood.
Joining Eagle Inspections in 2019, Evan has an educational background in HVAC and has advanced knowledge of electrical, plumbing and the structure of homes. He previously worked for Trugreen. Evan is friendly, knowledgeable and super speedy when delivering his home inspection reports! In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and larping.
Phil graduated from La Salle University with a degree in Business Administration. He was a double major in Marketing and Management. Phil joined the Eagle Inspections team in 2020 and his experience in Marketing helps him connect with potential buyers right away! He is knowledgeable and very thorough. Phil is always looking for ways to learn as much as possible, he asks intuitive questions so he can gain important knowledge to share with the homeowners he is working with on the inspection. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
Jason joined Eagle Inspections in January of 2021 and brings 7 years of previous home inspection experience. Additionally, he has 25 + years of construction experience and has worked with general contractors as well as an HVAC company. Jason performs our stucco inspections. He is extremely knowledgeable and ensures your inspection report is delivered on the same day of your inspection. He loves educating buyers on their future homes. In Jason’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
Sean joined Eagle Inspections in 2021 and has shown us he is hardworking, detail oriented and customer focused. He brings with him a background in Water Damage Restoration, where he was the Forman. He also worked as a Plumber’s Assistant. He is certified in Pennsylvania. Sean is an avid Philadelphia sports fan. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports and hanging out with his family and friends.
Jason brings a plethora of experience to our team with 30+ years of home remodeling in Philadelphia and Bucks counties as well as 20+ commercial glazing, window and siding work. He also has performed residential electrical work. Jason has worked as a flood mapper and has experience with bidding, blue prints, office management and HR. Joining Eagle Inspections in 2022, he has brought this experience right into his work with us! He is certified in Pennsylvania. In his spare time, Jason enjoys spending time with his family. He has three sons and one plays football for Neshaminy!
Roxanne joined Eagle Inspections in 2015, the second hire of the company! She is also Co-owner of Eagle Drains. Wearing many hats, Roxanne handles office operations and is helping to develop the Marketing department and continues to grow the company overall. Roxanne graduated from Drexel University and has 10 + years of customer service experience as well as experience working in marketing, office operations, financials and business development. She has also worked in multiple startup companies. In Roxanne’s free time, she enjoys hanging out with her friends, family, traveling, and taking spin classes.
Joining Eagle Inspections in 2020, Will brings strong attention to detail, extensive customer service skills and is highly organized. He graduated from Temple University and has quickly become a valuable part of the team. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with his friends and he likes to read! He is also certified in stage combat. Fun fact: Will and Roxanne used to work together at a restaurant! What a small world!
Tom Giambrone joined Eagle Inspections in 2017 and is our licensed Radon Tech. Tom’s typical day consists of driving from location to location to drop off and pick up the radon canisters as well as sending reports and managing the administrative side of the job. When it comes to radon questions, he is the master. Tom is known for his sense of humor, which we all enjoy. In Tom’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports and the horse races.
Ryan is our Radon Tech who joined Eagle Inspections in 2020. Since the team has become very busy with radon testing, we needed another tech and he’s a perfect fit! His happy go lucky personality and willingness to make as many stops as possible allows us to perform several tests in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. Ryan enjoys playing video games and spending time with his girlfriend. He also has musical talent, playing the guitar, ukulele and singing!
Joining Eagle Inspections in 2022, Lana brings fantastic customer skills to her Scheduling Coordinator position. Lana is hardworking, organized, has great attention to detail and goes above and beyond to help her co-workers. In her spare time she loves spending time with her daughter and her pet ferret.
